Fire Alarm (Addressable/Conventional)A fire Alarm Control Panel is a control device that detects, reports and acts on hazardous fires in buildings. Manual fire detection points such as manual pull stations, smoke detectors and heat detectors in a building are all hooked up to a control panel. When a device connected to the panel is activated, the panel will for example directly call the fire department via a so-called alarm transportation system.

The control panel receives information regarding smoke or heat problems in a bulding, via devices that are connected to the panel, such as smoke detectors, heat detectors, sprinkler flow switches, or the alarm is set off manually.

Smoke Sensor
Fire Alarm (Addressable/Conventional)An alarm device that automatically detects the presence of smoke is called Smoke Sensor. A smoke detector is a device that senses the presence of smoke in a building and warns the occupants, enabling them to escape a fire before succumbing to smoke inhalation or burns. Equipping a home with at least one smoke detector cuts in half the chances that the residents will die in a fire.

Two basic types of smoke detectors are currently manufactured for residential use. The photoelectric smoke detector uses an optical beam to search for smoke. When smoke particles cloud the beam, a photoelectric cell senses the decrease in light intensity and triggers an alarm. This type of detector reacts most quickly to smoldering fires that release relatively large amounts of smoke.

The second type of smoke detector, known as an ionization chamber smoke detector (ICSD), is quicker at sensing flaming fires that produce little smoke. It employs a radioactive material to ionize the air in a sensing chamber; the presence of smoke affects the flow of the ions between a pair of electrodes, which triggers the alarm.

Heat Detector
Fire Alarm (Addressable/Conventional)A heat detector is a device that detects heat and can be either electrical or mechanical in operation. With the help of various heat detector parts, you can interface your home security system in the best way. Heat detectors are made from the photoelectric technology. They also play a vital part in fire detection. The heat detector offers the best security in circumstances where there may be more flame than smoke, as in an alcohol fire.

Fire Detector
Fire Alarm (Addressable/Conventional)Fire Detectors are another important security device that helps you to seek protection from fire accidents. Fire detector help raise a loud noise and alerts you as soon as smoke is deducted by the fire detector. In most cases fire alarm systems act at the instigation of fire detectors and other devices. A Fire alarm helps you to be protected in case of fire breakouts. This device is usually made up of electromechanical or other metals and it will help you to make things better. Fire alarms have helped to save innumerable lives and properties.
